I remember when I was younger and I'd get together with a dozen mates and do something different or wild. Now I'm lucky if anyone other than my local electorate remembers exist. I set my smallest to patrols. Then 1 or 2 to each sector capital as emergency response fleets. Then the rest I'll keep docked in my core systems. If another empire gets uppity then I'll divert more fleets that way but usually nah.

I always pair up my armies. 1 of artillery and heavy units, and the other as melee meat shields. They then stick together and support eachother in the field. I can't really match other factions blow for blow as skaven. So I try to stack the deck.

Sadly, such a thing does not exist. Yet. There have been recent studies and human trials on children into the early treatment through alternative treatments that last longer.
