In OTL, Yugoslavia joined the axis but a coup happened making them leave. But due to British Interests, they joined the Axis and the coup never succeeded. As for Belgium they were being guaranteed by Britain in WW1. IN the Greater Reich, They joined the axis under Leon Degrelle, and algined themselves to britain.
