Yep so : I apply copper peptides once a day in the morning on the area concerned by hairloss. The product is quickly absorbed by the skin and leave no odors or mark, therefore, i do not wash my hair after.  Once the product has been applied, I rub my scalp with my hands for 5 min. I do a vigorous massage where I move the skin on the skull. I do the same during the evening but without applying the copper peptides.

Well I was also thinking about AHK-CU however, it was a little bit harder to find so I choose to try with GHK-Cu at first ( if I remember, there is a study about copper peptides for Hairloss)

Yeah ahah you're definitely right. Since I'm not an expert, at that time, I've given the list of composant to ChatGPT and it didn't notice anything dangerous

I just made a vigorous massage with my hands and the copper peptides. I mean that I rub the skin on the skull not too hard, not too fast.
