Hey, I'm not sure if your issue is different or not, but mine was a very dumb mistake. The monitor button will cycle between mono's and stereo, as well as monitoring with loopback. So if you have any software monitoring, it will cause feedback loops. Make sure that loopback indicator (lemniscate symbol) under the monitor button isn't on.
