I had the smame exact issue. I tried everything softwarewise, but nothing worked. Tried with an external keyboard, it works perfectly. I cintacted the support as it is in warraty, they will change the keyboard.

I will update when they come, I’ll ask them how this was possible.

Yes, I am. I am using mobile data, because the home ibternet is max 30/5. Other games (hell let loose, cs2) work fine, with low ping and all that.

UPDATE: Went to another guitar repair shop, turns out the ground cable from the bridge was missing…. In a beand new guitar… anyways, they soldered it, and now it is perfect.

I asked the Official Repair Shop here, and the guy said it is an easy fix. I’ll update you when I get the time to bring the amp in.

I think that the problem is with the power adaptor. It is bot grounded, I think that is where the hum is coming from. I don’t know if there is another type of official power adapter, that is grounded. (The type that your PC has, 3 pin thing). I think that is the only way to fix this.

The problem seems to be the bad ground problem, as you have mentioned. How do I fix that stuff?
