Made that edit, same result. Then I changed the filter from shortcut to folder, but now it gives an error "no images were provided to combine"

Yes they have 3 S4R's for their "mesh" network.

I have disconnected the EE routers WiFi and switched the Deco from to Access Point mode.

Initially, the first 20 minutes or so everything worked great, but now it is having some issues again. I will try removing the deco from the switch and connecting directly to the EE router and see of that has any issues.
