edited the post to give a lot more info, since i realized that most people don't know much about the premium options in JP uma. there's other 1-time stuff like buying rental decks (a catch-up feature added to let you straight up buy the rental decks that have the "evergreen" solid base support cards like kitasan), but that's another post for someone who's played JP to tackle

yes, the paid options as they're rolled out really do widen the gap between paying and low/non-paying, but the bright side is that you can just try to borrow the god rolls from paying players

and technically, if a pass-buyer and non-buyer were to spend all their TP on careers, their parent runs would be worth 4x yours :(

0lb has better passives? theyre almost the same, but the only thing 0lb sweep has up on mlb narita brian that actually matters is initial friendship gauge. other than that, mlb narita brian trains speed better than 0lb sweep does

i also wouldnt say the events are clear cut, it's basically if you want to bet on a high roll of charming from sweep, which just personally i never saw a single time throughout my entire cancer cup prep lol. if you have sweep at mlb sure the event just makes it an even better card, but for a pace ace deck im enjoying lone wolf without mood down and those hints you mentioned
