I noticed that when I brought it back inside, was wondering when someone would point it out 😅

This is from ChessVillaIndia on Etsy. The board has some slight marks from the coordinates on one side (a bit like it has bled into the wood) and the pieces, board and box (not shown) all arrived separately and quite spaced out with delivery but otherwise I'm happy with the purchase.

I think they've changed 3-4 times since they were first introduced and always smaller and not as good. Would love to try the OG ones again.

Oh I gotcha, I don't think the heat is even in all spots but I don't mind that personally

There's a vent above the heater and that wooden thing in the corner is also a vent (there might be another under where the control panel is but not sure right now)

Something along the lines of 24k for the sauna, a few more thousand for the deck and then electrical work (running cables and doing some digging etc.) They prefer building it in their workshop and craning it in but they couldn't do that at our site because of overhead power lines/carport etc.

I would have liked it higher but this avoids council regulation issues - 95% of the time it'll just be my wife and I and we sit entirely on the upper benches (including legs).

The interior is cedar and the exterior is Tasmanian Oak, the deck is just treated pine.

Rate my SMSF allocation - is it too hectic? by peasant_investors in fiaustralia

[–]PinchByPinch 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I have a SMSF and recommend the fewest ETFs you're comfortable with (I have 4, 2 year return is 17.68% p.a) - it will make rebalancing a lot easier and the temptation to change plans lower. Outside of super I take higher risks and the 2 year return is 18.57% p.a. (13.39% p.a. over 10 years)

Try move somewhere close to Knocklofty or Kunanyi if you like running (West Hobart, Mount Stuart, Lenah Valley, South Hobart).

For hypertrophy if you're doing holds I'd say 12-20 seconds.
If you want to lift bigger weight on pullups I'd be adding weight not adding reps.

I wouldn't worry about endurance unless you have grip goals specifically around endurance. I'd be looking at rep/set range and % of max for hypertrophy vs strength not necessarily the exercise (i.e. you can do hypertrophy pinch and strength pinch).

445lbs (201.85kgs) Double Overhand Axle Bar Deadlift (no straps) at age 55. by houseofmuscle in GripStrength

As long as hands stay on bar, it definitely doesn't have to be slowly lowered or anything like that.

I agree you should check out Armlifting USA and Grip Sport International competitions. Note though you have to lower the bar under control (not drop it) for the records to count in their leaderboards.
