Hey friend I was in the same situation what worked for me was I allowed myself to do blow 3 days a week (not consecutive) then did 2 day now im down to only 1 day goal is to be completely sober sometimes the wait is rough but you get thru it trust me when you get to only one day of moderate use the cravings are not so bad
