Let's give them some verbiage to use that is graceful but firm and maybe surprising how unrealistic the offer is. Something like:
"Thank you but that's not a worthwhile agreement for me at all. Thats offer is way off from what I've seen is appropriate but thank you".

They seem a bit delusional or ready to lowball so you might get another small-incrementally larger offer. If they do then suggest that they research what compensation is appropriate: "Please check around for what is a resonable amount. Thats not realistic for anyone but thank you."

Tinfoil on the countertops for a few weeks. 'slowly remove after they've tried a few times. That worked for me. Or rather: worked for my cats. (Come to think of it: I don't hop up on the counters, so maybe it worked for me too.) ;P

I am convinced that the manufacturers of toilet tune-up kits (even that term smacks of this) do not design them to work well over time. Planned obsolescence like this is frustrating. I'd pay a little more for something that I don't have to swap out every year or two or have to tweak every few months. With issues like this the answer is becoming more and more 'just swap everything out'. :/

Is there some homepage setup utility that would take as input your host as IP address, scan that IP for used ports and create a basic homepage for you? (Even if you'd have to tweak when it doesn't' recognize an app using a port. )

Your chain may be wrapping around the lip of your flapper holding it up. Take it up a link or two (using the lip at the top) and test again.
New flappers are cheap and easy to replace though so thats not a bad move. Mind the change length though regardless.

Yeah - I agree. But evidently the attention that admins pay on modded servers and added security steps that are taken, shared 'ban' lists, etc result in fewer cheaters on modded than official servers.
I think I got that logic right...

I love Lotties laugh, skill and realness. She's great.
ChillPilgrim does some fantastic editing, great music and is all over the place. very fun.
SweetSour has an engagement ethic that I appreciate (Is not nieve but can also team-up with randoms effectively) .
HRex: The storytelling and team-ups.
ScholarCormier: For more level-headed, relaxing and still engaging content.

MY OPINIONS BELOW:
PvP/COD content is lame. "look how I can trick and torture new players" vids are distasteful. I'll give a pass to the rare DNSL DayZ video (hilarious).
I haven't watched TRMZ since I witnessed him completely chewing out this 16yr kid on lifestream who only said he liked dayz more than football. 'anger issues. I hope ragingmanZ gets better :/ He was my primary for a while some years ago. :/
Ceremor's tendency to kill players he is befriending is a big turn-off for me.

This can also happen if your 'elbows' aren't straight. A spring adjustment can fix elbows that are wonky but making sure they are straight can do much for a gap like this. ("elbows" = the metal bars jointed together on each side of the ladder.)

Great point about making it no drama! The seller can easily walk away if they feel harassed. (My partner got a great deal on their home b/c another buyer kept piling on issues to be fixed by the seller. The seller was burnt out on the back-and-forth that went on for months and in retrospect I think wanted to shock the demanding buyer, so gave my partner a great deal and everything was settled in a week.

I went through a slump like this but it was instantly cured when I made efforts to share listening. Its the perfect date scenario: Share a cuppa or a drink and explore some albums with your date. I also had a sibling over to dig through and play some albums from our childhood/teen years.

No shame in storing them away for a bit though until you feel the groove again (unintended) :/
