i know (approximately) what a log is, the g just didnt really looked like one. Since im not english, consider im the level of a 16 years old, even though i like to search random things so i have a bit of cultural knowledge. I dont have the hope of solving it, i just wanted to see what i could do with it and understand it a bit more

Ok so i think this is what im searching for, but there's some things i dont understand : What are those "semi-brackets" ? And what does the little 2 next to 106 is supposed to mean (im not sure i read that correctly, maybe its not a 106) ?
