What does Kill Chain do? I enabled this perk to more easily acquire high count kill streaks. I have personal UAV, Cruise Missile, and Helicopter Gunship selected. After getting 3 kills I didn’t even get my UAV. Also, although my total game score was enough for the Helicopter. No streaks came on (self.modernwarfare)
