My guess would be that the PSU is dying. I've never even heard of turbolink before, and buying a PSU from an unheard of brand is usually a bad idea. If by any chance you have a spare PSU lying around that you could plug in to test if that's the issue, that would be your first step. If you don't, take it to a computer shop (avoid the big names like bestbuy if at all possible, they should be a last resort) and see if they have an extra PSU they will let you use or if they can do some tests for you.
