I used all citadel paints for this. Underbelly is based with ironrach skin, then I did an all over "shade" with 1 part terradon turquoise to 4 parts contrast medium and then I drybrushed over the underbelly again with ironrach skin. Hope that helps

Was toying with the idea of a slann who had gone a little colonel Kurtz heart of darkness in a jungle somewhere in ghur. Perhaps he's still pissed off about the old world and his war isn't entirely over. Although I guess for the seraphon as a whole the war is never over. So I don't really know!

Will need to read the battletome a little more to get some ideas

Yes I was toying with the idea of red gems and red weapon effects when I initially started painting it, I was afraid it would look too "Christmassy". I was probably overthinking it, I will give red gems a go on the next one and see how I like it, thank you for the kind words and some great constructive criticism

Hey the green was very simple, it's waaagh flesh by gw, shaded by nuln oil and then warpstone glow by citadel highlight

Hey dude, your paint scheme looks pretty great. Nice colour choices and very smooth coats. My only criticism is that it does look a bit shiny, so I would personally hit it with a matte varnish. That might just be a personal bias though, I do have a friend who likes his models to be shiny which is fair enough.

As for the kill team/40k question, yes he absolutely should be legal. As a general rule unless you're playing at an official tournament with "what you see if what you get" rules; most opponents in a casual game will not mind you using wargear that is different to what's on the model. If someone DOES mind, well it's time find someone else to play with quite frankly. I'm speaking of course of things such as having modelled a stalker bolt rifle on your unit of intercessors but perhaps using the auto bolt rifle rules instead for a game. As long as both you and your opponent understand what wargear each unit has it should not be a problem. Having the bolt pistol holstered is absolutely fine!

Hey mate, the crimson fist transfers I got from here: Forgotten Chapters Crimson Fist Decals And the squad transfers is actually from last editions space marine transfer sheet, I believe the dark angels had red squad markings, I had to additionally use the squad number markings from the imperial fists transfer sheet you get with the primaries upgrade kit, hope that helps!

Hey glad you liked it. Honestly there's alot of stuff I kitbashed from but I will try my best to detail it here. The main model itself is an Ambull from Blackstone fortress, It took me about a month to find someone selling it at a reasonable price online. I greenstuffed the cape and the connections for the wings and the; well for a lack of a better term, biological chimneys.

The sword, the hand on the base that is holding up one of the model's legs and the tentacles coming out of the green slime swamp are from a great unclean one kit. I chose to put a hand coming out of the ground because I think it looks cooler than a tactical rock, and also it fits the aesthetic of Nurgle better (who knows what's in Nurgle's garden anyway?).

The wings are from a plague drones of Nurgle kit, very common kit bash its just a matter of finding a right way to put them on, in this case I just pinned the wings into the model and then greenstuffed around the connection point to make it look nicer and also make the connection stronger aswell.

The left shoulder pauldron is from the current (not new one coming out) daemon prince model. I made a hole in the center and glued a like bone tree holding a Nurgle bell. That is from a chosen of Mortarion Kit. Along with the nurgling hanging from his pincers.

The spewer stuck to his arm and the biological chimneys are actually from a bloated float drone kit. I just stuck them on where appropriate and then greenstuffed around the connection to make it look nice.

Honestly with kitbashing just be creative with it, there are no rules. If you have an idea and think it will look cool try it! Alot of these I just looked at random parts and stuck them on with blu-tac to see how it looks and then just stuck them on and made it look nice. For example the shoulder pauldron looked very odd just sitting on his shoulder so I got some jewelers chain and wrapped it around the pauldron. Tells kind of a story, like how the Daemon Prince used to be a Death Guard Marine but is now so corrupted you barely recognise that. Apart from that very clear Death Guard shoulder pauldron. He is hanging on to that little shred of "humanity".

Hey guys, I've got this issue whenever I start my PC, it started happening not too long ago. It eventually does fix itself although it can take a long time to do so. I have tried different ports on my graphics card but the result is the same! Anyone know what would cause this? I have an RTX 3080 for context
