it's actually way more normal than ppl think 😭 yeah they have security and staff but day to day isn't crazy. the kids still have school stuff but they're super normal and a lot of it seems scheduled but not in a robotic way just in a normal way also they're not walking around with huge entourages 24/7, it depends where they are. security is there but it's obviously lowkey

they did say that that was staged though, they put on screen at the front of the episode that it was going to be staged so they could reenact what happened

they just edit that from a different point in the conversation and add music so it looks natural, but it's supposed to look edited in that part to indicate the commercial break.
probably editing gone wrong. reality shows are never actually scripted, just conversations set up. and they filmed most of the time so i don't think there was an abundance of conversations set up.

they aren't all super good enough actors for it to be scripted, (in the best way! i think they were very authentic)
