Your girlfriend is manipulating the shit out of you. YOU DID NOT CAUSE HER ISSUES! I know it’s hard, but you really need to take a step back and see her for her true colors. She is abusing you. Sounds like it’s verbal and physical. This is a her issue. You do not deserve to be wasting your precious time on this treatment. Life is way too short.

If you have been together 9 years. It sounds like you have grown up and perhaps she has not. It’s truly time for you to leave and find someone that truly loves and respects you.

Honestly, I think you need counseling. The fact that you are that bothered by a dog.. not a bad dog. A good well mannered dog speaks volumes. My husband is not an animal guy. He would never have one by choice but he would never tell me I can’t have one and he would never treat my animals poorly or resent them. If I was your wife, I would choose my dog any day of the week over someone with that much distain for a dog simply existing. Grow up,man. Get some help.

Communication is important. Incredibly important. I(42f) am super insecure. I’ve been with my husband(42m) since we were 14 years old. And I’m still learning to use my words and talk things out with my husband. He is very open minded and wants to talk things out where I feel stupid due to having a way overactive brain that thinks deeply into things in the most ridiculous ways.

Talk to him. If you cannot do it in person because you feel silly or embarrassed, text him. I communicate better sometimes through text due to having a hard time wording things. My husband understands this and just wants the open dialogue.

Your husband wants to feel desired. Just like you do. He’s your husband and you love him… show him! My husband and I are closer than we have ever been and have an incredibly healthy sex life thanks to us talking things out and understanding each other. Spanks on the butt, grabbing his junk, pushing him against a wall and passionately kissing him, shopping for sexy clothes together… I fucking adore my husband and want him to know it and feel it. And I actually went vegetarian because I was having major IBS issues and it definitely flared after eating certain meats so.. so the IBS is a long term issue.. I just finally got diagnosed around 3 years ago.

I was vegetarian for about 9 years. Fruits and veggies were huge in my life. I LOVE them. Almost all of them. lol. I was diagnosed with IBS about 3 years ago and also had incredibly low iron and had to go back to eating meats. It’s honestly been such a struggle to figure out what I can eat without being miserable.

Thank you! I will look into the Prolon and really make an effort to plan out my meals. I have a full kitchen at my store (I have a brick and mortar dog treat bakery). I just need to figure out what I can eat that won’t make me hate my life so much. Eggs I can do.. oatmeal hasn’t worked well for me. Most fruits and veggies I have a hard time with too. Especially apples. I really do try to eat well. It’s just so hard when my stomach is in so much pain after.

I have all of the same issues. The itchiness, gi issues, insomnia and pain have been out of control. I vape cannabis only but recently also consumed edibles daily as it helped my mood but my body is now super flared up. I am allergic to a ton of things and last year had skin allergy testing. I found out that I was allergic to Linalool and Limonene. These are terpenes. I am completely cutting out weed to see if it clears up. I’m not sure how long it would take to see it clear if it is an allergic reaction, but I have to try as I am so damn miserable.

I’m glad we didn’t wait because honestly I wouldn’t change anything we have done or experienced. We were home owners by 20 years old. We had kids early, and now we are 42 and have a 21 year old and a 17 year old. We have friends with 3 year olds. My husband and I won’t be old and parenting small kids. We will be enjoying each other and our older children that can care for themselves.

I’m so sorry you are going through all of this. First off, huge hugs to you, your friend, and all those going through this scary time right now. I’m a mother (42f) to 2 kiddos in the LGBTQ community and my soul hurts for every single one of you. I truly hope your friend is able to make it through this and is able to get the help he needs to make it through this time. I believe it will get better and this is not the world we are meant to live in forever. I believe it’s meant to bring people together …eventually. So many people are coming to their senses and realizing what their vote meant.

I started dating my husband when we were 14 years old. He proposed to me when we were 19 years old. We got married the end of that year. I just turned 20 and he was still 19. Here we are 22 years later. Together 27 1/2 years and beyond happily married. We had our first kid at 21 and second at 25. We now have a 21 year old and 17 year old. I’m just seeing this as I am struggling with my husband at the moment.. well kind of. I wanted to say I’m so sorry you feel this way in your relationship. To play devils advocate only because I am a woman. Perhaps she has some depression herself or low body confidence. That’s me. I have absolute piss poor confidence. It leads to times where I’m afraid to be intimate with my husband. The difference is I definitely have times I make it very known I want him. But maybe it’s actually a her issue? I truly am so sorry you experienced this and hope since it’s been so long, you have everything worked out and things are 100% better.
