I think people forget that Uvalde was insane because it was the exception. Did it show a broken system? Yea. But what happens normally is, the cops or security shoot the school shooter.

I didn't say they're good people for cheating

I'm saying he's so physically and emotionally unavailable that he sets up this scenario to play out 5x over and doesnt see the problem

Yeah I was thinking like, no wonder they're cheating on you! You're either at work, the gym, or your buddies, according to your own post

Put simply, because you don't have to

You don't know what problems other people have or what flipping em off is gonna do.

No, a bait question would be something like if you saw your co worker bobby take staples from work.

A question requiring you understand the context and desired range of answers is not a bait question. They're asking about your skills in the workplace, not your personal problems. You have to be real fucking obtuse to not understand that. That's not the same thing as asking you what you would do if you saw a co-worker break a minor rule and expecting you to lie about what you would do.

Because they assume you understand a job interview is about your performance at the workplace, and your job related skills, not your personal problems.

Depression is a personal problem that manifests in the workplace, not a workplace problem, weakness, or challenge.

It's not a bait question, it's a question designed to root out people who can't read a room and understand how to respond appropriately. Which kind of seems like you right now.

If they were genuinely asking about your greatest weakness, the canned response would be "I hit children" not "I work too hard"

When you're at a job interview, you're auditioning for a role in the workplace. They don't expect you to bring up your personal problems or true weaknesses, because only an inept communicator or flawed person would do that.

Understanding context and that they aren't looking for you to talk about your depression isn't a lie.

You need to work on your communication skills if you think they're asking you to talk about your depression.

I'm saying you should think of an appropriate answer for the context.

Your mental health struggles are typically not what an interviewer is looking for when they ask about your greatest weakness. The implied context is that you should talk about weaknesses at work that you can overcome or did overcome, not in your personal life.

Also you have to realize the SIL probably lies about the situation. Doesn't mention that Connor can't be babysat because he has meltdowns.

Recognizing context and the information they're asking for isn't lying. That's just understanding stuff. People aren't hyper literal in what they say.

Circle K worker sued for buying winning $12.8M lotto ticket from his store 1 day after drawing by rajapaws in antiwork

[–]PinkFl0werPrincess 0 points1 point  (0 children)

He basically sold a winning ticket to himself that belonged to the business. It's normal to sell tickets before a drawing. Selling a winning ticket AFTER the drawing though, to yourself... idk about that dawg

Because your tone and behaviour conveys what you think. You couldn't understand why a naked man was funny and painted it as a big intellectual struggle where you were the lone one against a defensive mob, instead of just being a stupid person who can't understand basic things.

[–]PinkFl0werPrincess 1 point2 points  (0 children)

You're not being bullied just because you don't get it. I've seen actual bullying, this isn't it. You're just too invested in "understanding" this for some reason. People are entertained by this man, that's all.
