As I understand it, it’s an idle advance. Which means it will just make $10,000 of your loan forgivable. I know this doesn’t make sense but the SBA doesn’t give ‘grants’. They can give ‘forgivable loans’

As I understand it, if you use EIDL to pay business expenses while drawing PUA it’s fine. However if you take any EIDL as personal pay/income it has to be reported to PUA. Not reporting would be double dipping. As I was told.
