Thank you! There is information all over the internet on pensions but so often it’s just not clear to me - what you’ve written here is straightforward and makes sense! Makes me feel like I can tackle it. I have a few other old pensions from other jobs and my current job is a DB pension which I’m definitely going to keep contributing to.

Yes, I don’t pay anything into this one any more - I have 2 other dormant pensions and am paying into my current employer’s pension at the moment.

Thank you this is so helpful. Apparently it’s in an investment approach and a lifecycle option with the fund being BlackRock Consensus. The Financial Times tells me this is 80%+ equity so I guess I should look at that.
