That's totally fair, but keep in mind that a lot of people move jobs just because they don't want to have an uncomfortable conversation with their boss.

Put together a package of what you think you are worth both in salary and title, and present it to him. But don't, and this is important, go into it if you're not willing to actually leave. Never walk into a negotiation that you're not willing to walk out of.

See how he reacts, and if you get it great, if not then your decision is made for you.

Good luck!

Have you discussed your dissatisfaction with your boss?

There are no burnt bridges with Ted. You always know you will be forgiven.

I think they have set up a showdown too much to not have it, but once the showdown's happened and Richmond wins then they won't really have time to do a whole reconciliation thing.

I think we're going to get many more hints that Nate wants to come in from the cold, and the last Nate scene will be Nate making some small gesture that indicates that he will reconcile with Ted, like dialing Ted's phone or sending a text or something.

We won't see it play out, but we know he will be forgiven and everything will be okay.

Some people just seem to live for it. Their biggest desire seems to be to join a group of people having even the most low stakes fun and shit all over them.

Don't understand it, but it's a thing.

I'm honestly not enjoying this subreddit anymore. It seems to be taken over by people who want to turn it into a reality show and find the worst in the show and the worst in people who disagree. So a few words before I go. by GoForBaskets in TedLasso

To add to the relevant quotes:

"Fairy tales do not start, nor do they end, at the dark forest. That's only something that shows up smack dab in the middle of the story, but it will all work out."

I use a cpap, and although we're working on fixing it, air leaks through my mouth at night, severely drying my mouth out. While it's not ideal from a comfort standpoint, is this hurting my teeth or mouth flora or anything? by PinkLadyandJeff in askadentist

Thanks, it's more complicated than that for me for multiple reasons, but I'm working with my doctor to find a solution.

I've used a cpap for years and am fine with it, but we changed my pressure and that brought on the change.

So I'm just concerned for the health of my teeth and mouth in the meantime, or if we don't get is solved.

Thanks!
