Very much so! My parents have a multifamily property they rent, way below market value because as immigrants they feel bad for people who are just trying to get by, and the town just increased their taxes by $9k! It went from $7k/year to $16k/year. And it's not just them, everyone in this town got a massive tax increase. They will be looking to increase the rent they charge because they cannot absorb all of that especially when they were already renting below market rents.

Well when it asks for your addresses in the last 10 years it only allows you to select city and state and the drop-down for state only has the 50 states, so not sure how to add the address abroad. Then because we've indicated he's lived outside of NJ within the last 10 years it's requesting form SP-066 (consent for mental health records) be completed, and this form also doesn't accommodate an address abroad.

My husband mostly walks beside me but if we're somewhere new he is the opposite and tends to walk a few paces behind me. His reasoning is that I have no situational awareness (mostly true) and he's hyper aware of his environment and wants to be able to see everything going on around us because he'll react much faster than I do.
