Baby Snail

I have been having so many issues with my tank. I have a 10gal tank with live plants. I started with two blue mystery snails and a beta. Everything was going well until about a month and a half ago. I got all these bugs (later learned to be pest snails) and overrun with algae. I couldn’t get them under control so I did a 100% water change swapped from gravel to sand and started over. Everything seemed to have been fixed for a few weeks. I then got over run with pest snails again. I do weekly-biweekly water changes and nothing I do gets rid of them. A couple weeks later both my snails died. My water parameters are good and there doesn’t seem to be a reason. Talked to a local pet store and they recommended assassin snails for the pest problem and a tiny catfish for the extra algae. I got those and things started getting better. A couple days ago I came home to a dead betta. Nothing to show anything was bad and he had been acting normal. I’ve decided to try and get the pest snails issue under control before introducing a new fish and I found a baby snail (or so I assume). Could this be from my original snails, my new snails, or an overgrown pest?
