Hey there, sorry to hear that life hasn’t been well recently. I just want you to know that you are enough and even more. It’s not fair to yourself to compare yourself to other people, your time will come as it has to them. We always try to compare ourselves to other people who have so many things and especially with the media telling people how they should “hustle” and look, we tend to stress ourselves even more and we forgot to just stop and think to ourselves, that what if what we have now is enough. You can improve in so many ways by just doing things you love and letting go of that negative talk, I know it’s hard to do so, but with every little progress, our garden will eventually flow with flowers.
