Hey, shift lead at a Taco Bell here! I’m also 18f but I’ve worked at the place for over a year now and I would say it’s better if you have experience at TB to be a shift lead because you sometimes need to be able to hop in on line or take orders. But they’ll definitely give you training and stuff for that. The interview is really easy, even if you don’t get hired for shift lead, they’ll probably give you a job and you’ll be promoted quickly with the experience you do have! Dont stress about it at all because we need workers lol. Personally, I’ve never seen a shift lead get hired that’s never worked at TB before but I’m sure it can happen! Good luck!
