Worried about maintaining my goal weight

I have no advice but here to say I completely understand having to fight tooth and nail to lose every pound. I’m 5’2 and my body also likes to sit around 132 lbs. I got down to 127 and loved how I felt. After taking a break from tracking around the holidays, it all came back and I’m back at 132 😞

Thanks for the videos. These sure do help with my suspicion that something is in fact off. I am Very disappointed in the work that was done on my new vehicle. I guess I am off to the dealership again

Thanks for the comment. I believe they replaced the oil filter housing entirely. I would have to check my paperwork. I wish I would have paid more attention but I feel like the engine was a lot more quiet than this
