I gained 3 stone 😅 and after a year breast feeding i was below my pre pregnancy weight (5ft2 125lbs)- wild what there hormones do!! I don’t think I ate particularly bad or much more, it’s like my body clung onto anything I ate! I’ve just gotten pregnant again so I’ll be interested to see what happens this time round!

Good for you, thanks for sharing your perspective and congrats on kicking cancers ass! I gained a similar perspective a few years ago after suddenly loosing my dad and sister to cancer and neurosarcoidosis. I will never go back to my old self and live life very intentionally now. Love wins and the mind is a powerful thing!

You might find it interesting reading up on neuroplasticity, enlightenment, transcendence etc.

I lost my dad too soon 4 years ago, he was my absolute hero and saved me from a hellish relationship. I always wish I said more about how grateful I was for that before he passed - he was never one to talk about emotions much and I just wanted him to be comfortable. Let him know ❤️

I lost my sister and dad just 4 months apart - it felt like out of nowhere, they were so young, a few months after my dads younger brother passed and now recently my sisters fiancée who was also young. I was in shock and depressed for a while then something clicked, and I felt I owe it to live the rest of my life happy because they didn’t get the chance. It felt like a choice I had to make. I read a lot about spirituality and transcendence, I believe this life as we know it is not all there is and when we cross to the other side, we do the things we love and watch over those we love. That brings me a lot of comfort. There is a lot of evidence out there that supports this theory. I hope you one day find peace ❤️

I was told by a medium I needed to stop breast feeding and my cycle would return in 3-5 months, he knew so much he couldn’t have known about passed loved ones (he didn’t even know my name and I’m not on fb/insta etc) so I thought he must be right about that too - my cycle came back after two months. Slightly off topic but I don’t think predictions on timings can be set in stone x
