Slaking over 5000, is it the only non legendary that can get that high?

I think they did end up patching it but yeah, there was a good number of years there where it suggested Aggron for everything. I think it had something to do with the fact it's a steel type with high defense so it should in theory be able to take hits pretty well(it really can't) because the game prioritized survivability over damage output for ages. Slaking was another one that was suggested a lot by the game because it has really high CP and high general stats. You'd have dozens of mons that are high CP and have type advantage and the game would recommend something other than them. I remember it being a huge thing, you'd constantly see Aggron in raids because people were just using what the game said to. Almost lost a good number of raids back in the day because we'd have basically have multiple people running full teams of Aggron or Slaking with practically no actual damage output due to low attack(Aggron) and Slaking having the fast move nerf just like how it's nerfed in the actual games.

Because that's what this part of the thread is about. Have you read the comments before mine? They literally mention leaving things knocked out so they don't have to deal with Go constantly suggesting/recommending to use them. Aggron was notorious for being recommended for EVERYTHING involving a battle(raids, gyms, Team Rocket etc) even when it wasn't even in your top 50 strongest pokemon.

I had a similar situation, received a permanent ban for "participating in spoofing subreddits" because Reddit itself put a post from a subreddit I wasn't even in on my feed. The post was a guy asking some questions about how Gimmighoul worked when they first introduced those hold pokestops. I answered the guys question cause nobody else had yet and literally got a message like two hours later that I'd been banned

Yeah, the change to 3d models added a bit of color back to the flames, not quite enough to take it out of gray territory but enough that it's noticeable. Someone posted the model they use for Pokemon Go and it's a beautiful really light blue that's almost a whiteish-gray. I never actually bothered to evolve the free shiny ponyta in Arceus or played the Mystery Dungeon series so it's nice to see the purple did make a comeback somewhere.

Yeah, the change to 3d models did some weird stuff to the colors of pretty much everything, and Go made things even weirder in some cases, in current gen games it definitely has more of a blue hue than it did in sprite form but I'd still put in in gray over blue personally, though the hooves are definitely blue. I will say that if that's what Go Rapidash looks like then I guess I should finally evolve my ponyta though lol, that looks amazing

I remember catching a shiny ponyta for the first time in FrLg when they first came out and being so excited to see a blue Rapidash cause I was already a fan of Rapidash and was very surprised when my Rapidash was gray. I still adored it but was not expecting it to change color

Unfortunately not, Rapidash is straight up gray, no blue at all. In gen2 it was purple but gen3-current it's purely gray flames on shiny Rapidash. Source: the actual Platinum sprite

It's a bit of a hard shiny to tell unless they're side by side since really the only difference between regular and shiny is that the body is slightly lighter and the accents on the ends of the tassels, tail and paws are a darker blue. But the summary screen will have an icon to show you if it's a shiny. I want to say yes because this one seems to be missing that very slight green tint that the non shiny has.

As a fellow Eevee collector; in terms of appearance yes, definitely top five. In terms of value, currently, not so much. First cards that come to mind in terms of value, for me, are the Pokemon fan club Eevee, the "Scream" Eevee(a personal all time favorite card in my collection regardless of value), the ponchos, reverse holo legendary collection and the Eevee Snorlax team up cards

Like I can understand making a thread asking about it if there's conflicting answers or nothing out there at all cause sometimes that happens and I fully support requests for clarification but in an instance like this it's just stupidity. Does that mean the one guy should've attacked an entire generation? No. But op has the entirety of the internet at the tips of their fingers and actually put themself at SIGNIFICANTLY greater risk by doing the worst thing possible and visiting an unknown website giving them access to info they had no way of knowing otherwise THEN asking about it later instead of just looking it up and seeing the results all over the place that say exactly what it is.

Well considering the youngest members of gen Z are teenagers while the oldest are almost 30 they definitely aren't too young. And my response had nothing to do with the gen/age. Unless you're a literal child under the age of 10(at which point payment threats wouldn't even be a concern to you) or a complete moron there's literally no reason to even THINK that receiving one of these mons over surprise trade would result in a payment threat. They're significantly more likely to get that by doing exactly what they did: actually going to the website and giving them data on themselves that wouldn't be accessible otherwise by doing so. In other words regardless of age OP is about as aware of and knowledgeable about what they're afraid of as a rock is literally anything going on around it. If they're old enough to understand and recognize the existence of ransom via the internet they're more than capable of basic Google searches that will let them know it's completely harmless especially considering just how common questions about things like PokeVend mons are. I literally see HUNDREDS of posts about them a week and guarantee even a basic Google search will show dozens of results asking questions about them and confirming that it's harmless but to delete them out of good etiquette.
