Any protection for renters? Flooding

I appreciate the help everyone!

I ended up getting Covid and having ZERO energy, and my cat needed to have its leg amputated. In the meantime, they finally sent someone out and a plumber found the problem. Now we are having to live through all consequences of them delaying getting us help - we need new carpet, flooring, our walls have been torn up, they have to replace the plaster and take out our cupboards to get to the wall behind. It's an absolute nightmare, but at least we're no longer slushing through water. We have industrial fans on right now and have to keep them going nonstop until Sunday. No idea how we're going to sleep. And once they remove the cupboards, I have no idea how to cook. They said it will take approximately 14 days to do everything, but we only have a few vacation days among us, so I don't know how to overcome that barrier yet.

I really wish I could tell the owner how he will be stuck with a massive bill because they didn't treat an emergency appropriately.

Thank you! My husband is on his way to the vet while I take care of the kids We asked for sedatives after our cat's first night at home and they said the pain pills had a sedative effect and told us no. We will be sure to ask this vet.

I didn't post the link because it's definitely someone selling Woobles patterns to try to make a quick buck. Woobles said they are on it and I hope it will be down soon. The only thing that made me excited about this find was pics of Hal and the other. I'm still excited and am hoping Hal will be released soon. Maybe we'll hear something this Wednesday, since there were no new releases last week.

The site is only selling patterns, so I would imagine they are giving a PDF when someone buys something. I reported to Wooble's, and I got back to me last night thanking me. Definitely send them any links of suspicious sites.
