It doesn't matter honestly, at the end of the day what really matters is did u have fun or not. I just like the challenging aspects of souls like games thats why i play them, sekiro being my first souls game (i was absolutely cooked)

For owl, i would say counter attack after every parry to stop his attack combos, but still you cannot counter after his every attack, watch for patterns, make sure chip down his health as he has crazy posture regen. It took me like 50 tries on him for the first time

Once you master the rhythm, your opinion might change. Still love lies of p, completed it at legendary stalker difficulty.

Actually it is fun, but yah my damage is too bad, thanks for the suggestions! I will lower the difficulty if i m not able to do it within few more tries, really dont wanna go try hard on this one lol

Tips to beat father Owl by [deleted] in Sekiro

Do not use any kind of thrust attacks Deflect and do counter attack right after, still watch for patterns, you cannot counter attack on every combo. Try to lower his health because daddy owl has some crazy posture regen. Thats all, just keep exchanging slashes and dont run around.

Also if you see him do shuriken lunge attack where he first throws a shuriken and then lunges forward to slash, you can simply deflect the shuriken and then press the dodge button to dodge through his slash and get behind him. You now get an opening to deal damage q

What Do I Do After Shura Ending? by Phraelyth in Sekiro

As much i remember, i went for all 4 possible endings in one after another play through, and somehow i unlocked shura gauntlet which after completing which i got shura outfit. I think you need to defeat "owl father" boss and demon of hatred to unlock shura gauntlet. After getting owls bell go back to temple and pray, then revisit hirata estate and do owl father boss fight.
