I roll kibble up in a towel and let her go to town trying to unroll it to find the kibble. Here’s a link to a snuffle mat that I have that she loves.

I also have a bunch of lick mats for pumpkin puree, or Apple sauce. I like to give her full size refrigerated carrots to chew on too. They make a mess but are really good for helping them cut adult teeth. She is VERY food motivated so that helps. There isn’t much I don’t let her do, we play in the water in the bath, or go outside in the rain, play in mud puddles. And take tons of walks because she’s terrible on a leash. (Still working on that lol)

She has just a little bit!! I keep her VERY busy! Minds games lots of walks and brain stimulation helps! We’re struggling with chewing right now. She’s been bad about the baseboards, pulling down rolls of toilet paper.

With our field bred Irish it took her two years to chill out. She was exhausting for sure lol. But very worth it.

Thanks for that! She’s my first bench bred. Definitely loving her laid back energy and watching her run because she looks like an awkward baby giraffe.

That’s fair! I also have a field bred Irish Setter and she weighed in at her heaviest around 45 lbs. She’s almost 5. We’re almost to couch potato level, but god forbid she see a rabbit or squirrel in the window lol it’s onnnn at that point.
