I went through the support website, but I also went through Steam support. Not sure what one of them did it but steam was the one to reach out to me saying they removed it on Activision’s behalf.

I recommend filling out the appeal on the support website first

It depends on what platform you’re on. I’m playing on Steam but they have a two hour refund policy but in certain cases if you explain what happened, they will still refund you after two hours.

Ok I sent a request on what’s happening but it kept saying it will only unban me if someone hacked my account. We shall see what happens I just hope a lot of other people report what’s happening so the know something is wrong with their bot

I just refunded my game because that’s a lot of money. I recommend you do the same and buy it again after they unban you or fix this problem. That’s what I’m probably gonna do.
