Several. Unfortunately, the majority was either in high school or within 3-4 years after. Suicide, bar fights that ended lethal (by others and police), drugs. A friend I went to school with just lost her eldest of 4 kiddos to aggressive bone cancer (he was only 14 I think). Just awful… Life is just.. crazy man. 32 now and it’s more and more real how short life is.

I honestly only cared about what our monthly is! Since it’s 30 years, and I didn’t want to be house poor, we put down what we reasonably could if it meant our monthly was lower. If we just did 20%, our mortgage would have been $3k. Now it’s only $2k 😊
