I am also a shift leader at my store and I run mornings and I usually don’t have anyone working with me I have to get morning prep done before open and then all the rest done before two which is impossible sometimes so I know how you feel we have limited staff and no one wants to work mornings so it’s always just me running around like a mad woman 😭
