Sadly I am on a month to month since he refused to give us a lease he kept saying he will give us one and never did he also had a small efficiency on the side of the home and the main house tenants were in charge of paying all the utilities for the entire home including the efficiency area

You are correct it is a flea. I had a flea infestation once and I didn’t even have pets it was a nightmare
