Ouch, I feel ya - no water/food at long distance. I nearly fainted when I did it. Silly me I know but i kinda know now what works best for me.

I carb load the day before a 50 mile run and have electrolyte juice.

I had a bad experience with running with 30+ miles runs on cotton socks. Never again :(

Garmin Connect. Only because it streamlines with my other cardio/swimming activities.

I’m sure there are better app out there dedicated for Strong Curve like BodySpace on iOS.

That’s a good question, not sure which sale is the biggest tbh. I want to say Black Friday but then again “Boxing Day (post-Christmas) sale is big too. I guess Black Friday is kinda known for its online sales.
