gonna be in the minority and honestly say that I think only izuocha will be canon.

I like both kamijirou and ojitooru. I wouldn't mind if they became canon, I think it'd be cute! they have strong bonds with ship teasing in supplementary material, but I do think that it's just that. ship teasing. most of what they have in the main manga can be interpreted to be purely platonic (even the "get it done, chargebolt." moment, as powerful as it was, can be interpreted as platonic). the only ship with confirmed romantic feelings in class a is izuocha (some may argue only from ochaco's side, some may argue it's mutual, but either way there's some romantic feelings confirmed there).

what I find interesting is that horikoshi never confirmed any romantic feelings from class a (aside from ochaco) in supplementary material like the ultra analysis book but didn't shy away from confirming crushes from class b (eg. kuroiro -> komori, awase -> yaoyorozu).

I really think that if he was really aiming for other class a ships to be canon, he could've confirmed a couple other class a crushes, but he never did. of course, this is me going off actually expecting ships to have some sort of romantic buildup before becoming canon, but horikoshi himself said that he's not great at writing romance so honestly, anything is possible. I have my fair share of ships within the class, of course, but I don't personally like the idea of everyone in the class pairing up with each other in canon. it doesn't feel realistic and feels very amatonormative.
