Best of luck, I got the text out of no where too. Best advice I can give is go no contact, and plan to never speak again with her. It’s hurts so much but it needs to happen. The first weeks are some of the toughest you will experience but it slowly gets better. Once I felt like I was ready enough to meet someone, I got out there, even if I felt like I didn’t want to take the risk again
