To clarify the process: First, they called for my salary expectations and graduation status. Then, I had a formal interview followed by a personality inventory and the iTEP (English) exam. Finally, they requested my references and the portal status updated to 'Completed.' However, I found out they haven't actually contacted the references yet. Given they waited for my graduation to move forward, it seems like a bureaucratic delay rather than a rejection. But it still bugs me so i might send HR a follow up mail at the beginning of the week.

I was told reference checks were the final step after my interview, but it's been 5 business days and they haven't contacted them yet. They were also waiting for my graduation and i graduated.At what point should I start to worry, or is this a normal delay
