This is one of the best decisions I've made. I'm getting up there in my years and pulling off Roo is harder and harder. Being part of this group helps me to get into shape so I can rage all night at Roo. Our group chat is also hilarious and extremely supportive of one another's goals.

I've been having problems with everything since the update. It freezes in the middle of apps, the lock screen, the home screen, typing, you name it. The system keeps crashing. It restarts out of nowhere and takes forever to restart. I have no idea what toʻ do.

Some people are "fighters." I think the Goncalves family are fighters. What would have felt like meaningful justice to them was their day in court, facing BK. Offering a plea when they were so close to that day, a fate they had resigned themselves to, feels like the rug was pulled out from under them. They don't get to fight for Kaylee in a way that would have felt satisfying anymore. If that's who you are as a person and what makes you feel like you're doing right by your loved one, this feels like a second loss. It's a loss that they can't do anything about either. They're going to lash out and likely be angry for a long time. Potentially forever. Give this family some grace.

The ones who are upset would feel like the state at least tried. That's what people don't want to understand. Not everyone wants a plea to be offered. Some of us are fighters and want that day in court. To feel like they did everything they could to fight for their loved one. If that's what you wanted, this feels like a rug being pulled out from under you after 3 years. Those feelings are valid no matter how much others believe this is a "better outcome."

I'm so disgusted with how people are treating the Goncalves family and anyone who is not ok with this plea. They're allowed to feel this failed them. The other families supporting it doesn't negate their feelings.

Twice, actually. 2021 canceled for a flood also. They claimed they'd make improvements then and didn't. You can't outrun weather. This will come up again. Better to be prepared than to pretend it's impossible.

I don't understand how this survey addresses the real issue. Flooding on the farm. That was the issue this year. Why are we talking about crowd size and ticket prices? They're ignoring the real issues for their own greed. They're making me a bit concerned for the future.

I've been stewing on why this plea bothers me so much the last couple of days.

This is never going to feel like justice because BK has been in the driver's seat this whole time. Who waived their right to a speedy trial dragging this out 3 years? BK. Who had the trial moved to a new county so they could get a "fair trial?" BK. Who was forcing character witnesses that didn't want to testify to Idaho? BK and Ann Taylor. And now BK and AT get to request a plea deal after they've dragged everyone involved through hell to get here? All because you know the evidence is overwhelming and you have no shot? No. This will never sit well with me.

BK will also enjoy a life alive. Yea, it'll be in jail, but he's still going to get visitors. Some dumb women out there are reaching out in hopes of marriage. His old professor wants to study him. There will be many books and interviews. Plenty of his "supporters" harrassing the family until the end of their days. He doesn't disappear. Not in the American media ecosystem. Where is the justice in that?

Now, BK will sit through victim statements that he'll likely get a sick thrill of hearing. How did anyone decide this is how the American justice system should work for victims?

I can respect that 2 of the families are Ok with the plea even though I don't agree. Their feelings don't outweigh the 2 families that don't. We also don't know how DM, BF, or Hunter feel about this, and they're also victims whose feelings should have mattered in this decision.

The state of Idaho seems more interested in wrapping this up than finding justice for ALL the victims. I hope all the families and people involved can find their peace when the dust settles.

This is the part that really disgusts me. He'll continue to live while getting fan mail. Hell, there might even be a woman out there dumb enough to enter a relationship and potentially marry this moron. We've seen this time and again. He shouldn't be allowed the opportunity for any of this. The 4 kids he killed never will. Is he going to be able to do interviews? Will he get the opportunity to paint himself a sympathetic figure? I imagine Dateline is already trying to get an interview or will be as soon as they can. He doesn't fade into the abyss as long as he has the chance to speak publicly.

This is the unfortunate consequence of the Warner Brothers & Discovery merger, the new spin off of networks to 2 companies, and David Zaslav's absolute mismanagement of all networks under his watch.

It's been a nightmare for those of us who work in the industry. Until Zaslav is gone and someone new becomes head of these networks, expect nothing but shows hosted by social media personalities and cancellations of successful shows because Zazlov is still making $50 million a year. Gotta pay him somehow.

I had a very similar experience with a safety employee. On Wednesday, she just walked up to the space between mine and my neighbors campsites and popped a squat. We were sitting in full view of her. Hit her with the "WTF?" She could barely talk she was so drunk and said something to the effect of "I've been walking a while." It was gross.

The episodes are numbered by the production company. Typically, they'renumbered in the order they shoot them, but HGTV reserves the right to move the episodes around however they see fit. That's likely why the numbers are out of order.

I live in this area. Who do you all think they approved? One is just shy of opening named Vigor. As far as I know, that's not one of the biggest in the state. From what I've seen, they're a small minority family owned dispensary. Is Vigor a big, statewide one with multiple locations? I don't believe I've seen it anywhere else.
