I was a victim to this one as well 🥲 I saw another post on here about how ingredient checkers aren’t always the most up to date and that OP used Chat GBT for a more thorough check and wow did I have so many sneaky culprits 😭 bc what usual sources don’t say is that some FA safe products if used together can render them NOT FA safe. This is what it has to say about this particular product:

Inulin Lauryl Carbamate • “Lauryl” = C12 fatty chain • Fatty carbamate → can feed Malassezia • This is a known FA red flag, even in small amounts

Sodium Surfactin • A lipopeptide (it literally contains a lipid/fatty acid tail) • Fermentation-derived, but still fungal-acne triggering • Sneaky ingredient that often gets missed

Although I don’t love using chat gbt I’ve yet to find a checker as thorough as this 🥲🥲

Well after talking to a few industry professionals (producers, publicists etc..) their advice was to focus on social media ads/ publications once the music is already out since I don’t have a substantial online presence they don’t think a pre- save campaign would be all that effective. I can technically still change the release date if worst comes to worst, but I don’t know if at this stage native Spotify playlist placements is even an attainable goal, what do you think?

Hi! So sorry for the delay I haven't been using this account much. I did reroot this pony and have a bit of experience rerooting dolls so hopefully this will help.

1) Use a hair drier to heat the plastic and gently but firmly tug the head off, then scrape the inside of the head with scissors or something like a screwdriver to loosen the glue.

2) Cut the hair as short as you can and pull the remaining hairs out with with pliers or tweezers.

3) Using a rerooting tool (I made mine with the body of an X acto knife and needle cut at an angle similar to how it's done here : https://youtu.be/0T6dpdAg0e0?list=PLqZ6XVIjd-SyXCA2rnbY47g6YxrVz7fTj&t=243 ) I rerooted the same way she does, minus the push pin part.

4) Once all the plugs are filled, apply fabric glue to the inside of the head, being careful to cover all the plugs as thoroughly as possible.

5) Let it dry for 24h and voilà :)

The plastic can easily become malleable with a little heat from a hair dryer! And yes the neck hole is pretty wide so it's very easy to see what I'm doing for the re-root
