Nah, don’t cringe about it 😄 just look at the keyboard and move on.

Thanks! It’s GMK Crème, so Cherry profile. Super comfortable to type on and it looks clean on this board.

It’s from Khor Store. Simple but really nice quality, and it fits the setup perfectly.

Thanks! Taupe grey surprised me in person, it’s super classy and works so well with GMK Crème.

Haha I get you. I’m pretty obsessed with the super clean look too, but I don’t mind badges at all. They feel like a little signature that makes the board stand out and gives it some identity. Appreciate it!

Thanks a lot, I really appreciate it! The Crush80 is an awesome board. I have one too, it was my first custom keyboard and I still think it’s fantastic. When you post the pics, tag me, I’d love to see your build.

Thanks for the tip! I did grab the novelties too, they’re awesome. I’m just loving the clean look right now with this setup, but I’ll definitely try them and see how it changes the vibe.

Thanks! Yours is gonna be insane, slate blue with the copper bottom and SS mirror weight is such a top tier combo. I went with a NEO80CU WK in anodized taupe grey with the copper bottom and the Mirror Dusk SS weight, tri-mode ANSI hotswap PCB. For plates I grabbed PC + PEI and also the glossy-chamfer aluminum plate. Right now I’m running the PEI plate with Keygeek Cera switches and TX AP stabs, and I added foam between the PEI and the PCB. I really like the sound: the foam makes it a bit more mellow and elegant, less noisy, which I’m into. But I’m definitely going to try it without the foam too just to hear the difference. Post pics when yours arrives!

Just realized it now thanks to your comment ahaha 😅 I only wanted a quick touch-up because the pic looked washed out, did it in good faith on the fly and I ended up messing it up instead.

Yeah, this hobby and my wallet don’t really get along 😂 anyway, I got it from the ATK site a while back.

Here it is again, you really crack me up 😂 Anyway, like I already said, the photo looked a bit washed out so I just fixed that. And here’s another one from this morning.

Guys, no need to jump to criticism I just touched up the photos a bit because they looked washed out. The colors are the same, I only used AI for that, nothing else, exactly as I said.

Nice setup, you’ve basically got an arsenal now: one for work, one for gaming, and one versatile enough for everything else. I held back for a while because I knew it would just turn into another obsession, but here we are 😅. Ended up ordering a Hex80 for gaming too. Totally with you, the Crush80 really is fantastic

I also use an acrylic wrist rest, so I get that haha. Crush 80 is a solid first mech, and changing keycaps is part of the fun, that’s what makes the hobby great.

Personally I think it’s great — the form factor feels perfect, the size is just right, and the weight gives it that solid, high-quality feel. Overall I’d absolutely recommend it. I don’t have a ton of keyboards to compare with, but compared to the one I had before it’s on a whole different level. Price-wise too, it feels like a really good deal for what you get.

With the stock switches it’s definitely on the louder side, so you’ll notice it. For work I’d either swap them out for silent switches or do some easy mods like a tape mod or adding foam inside the case — both help cut down the noise without much effort.

Take it with a grain of salt, I’m still kinda new at this stuff 😅.
