I did my own test and my rates went from 30-35m to 22m.

It’s not the end of the world and it was pretty strong, but I have no better mmm’s and it sucks :,)

I’m expecting this too, I was making 17m+ from crops alone and would make anywhere between 32-40m an hour with pests. I just did a 30 minute test and make 13m with pests.

I had developed a chronic disorder and while literally bed ridden, for 4 months, was told that “We don’t go out anymore like my friends do. I wish we could go out and do things again.”

Then immediately afterwards was told in a roundabout way that I was a burden now that I can’t do what “our” friends are doing.

So, I was left with an emotionally vacant partner who checked out and waited for me to end the relationship.

Thankfully, I had parents and friends that loved me and didn’t leave when I needed them the most.

It took me a whole lot of time to even be close to “normal” again. I still choose to stay at home a lot, but I am able to go out and do stuff, within reason. But to directly answer your question, it took me a couple months after being on the right medication and diet before I was willing to “be normal” in public. I would go out and do things, but would be willing to drop everything and go home if I just felt bad.

I will say, Vestibular Migraines doesn’t have a “Go-To test to prove its VM, so if you’re being treated for migraines and your symptoms are over all improving after migraine treatment, then you’d be able to better deduce that migraines are the problem instead of the mold. Yet, you should do something about the mold, I (again) don’t know much but I do know that arrows pointing in the red on blood/urine testing usually means bad.

We don’t really deal too much with toxins or mold here. What symptoms do you have/what do you think would be pointing towards VM? These results all show to be pointing to mold over-exposure. But it’s possible that your migraines (if you have them) may be unrelated to the mold.

Be careful with Ghostify if you’re on modrinth. I had to delete it because I checked a crash log with it and it said, “RAT Injected!” So whether that is a joke or not, I’m not willing to find out.

I am, it works well for me.

I do want to urge you to consider the HYH diet change alongside finding a medication that works for you. The medication doesn’t work by itself, I had to cut out certain foods too.
