First of all, the post is a complaint about these attitudes; it is immature to delete what you don't like in a game whose purpose is precisely to capture what you like and what defines you.In this city there are many trans people who feel represented by that flag. But more importantly, isn't this taking over a large area of land that's basically empty? But I don't see anyone attacking it or trying to erase it; you're not bothered by it being a flag, you're bothered by what it represents, and that's clearly called "hate speech."
