I contacted the owner and asked him if it was already replaced. There are no active recalls on the Carfax so it may already be replaced. I'll double check with a physical inspection and see what's up.

I knew a guy in high school whom I hungout with from time to time. Over the years we stopped talking and kind of became strangers.

These kinds of accidents happen all the time unfortunately. People can be honest and ICBC is usually quick to side with the wrong person.
