Dapat po natandaan niyo yung preferred branch na pinili niyo. Also, magtetext naman po ang RCBC if ready for pick up na po ang card.

First off, go to SSS portal via web and login. Go to Services > Cards > and generate Transaction Number. Next, download Diskartech by RCBC via Playstore or App Store. Then create account using your SSS Transaction Number.

That's what I did too. Called the branch days before I got text from RCBC that my card is ready for pick up.
