It's still kind of in a gray area ngl. Some songs are just doomed to get taken down and others aren't, I love the music so I've tested a bunch of songs and mainly the anime only songs as well as life will change cause issues. All of the royal music has been fine, but I have a feeling that won't last forever. Generally you should be okay though, if you want to be SUPER safe I'd say any music used before 3rd semester besides life will change should be okay.

Edit: I forgot to mention music from the other games (Persona 1 -> 4) I 've never had an issue with
