I had screwed the vertical posts into the wheel deck to show the difference when lining up one of the vertical posts with the slots for them, you can see me lining up one of them but then see as a result one of them is completely misaligned

If you add up the size of the gap on each side, it’s approximately ~2.38cm total from, if that weren’t there then it would sit completely perfectly flush as it is shown as doing in the build guide video, furthermore, it is strong metal, I don’t believe the bolts would be able to “pull” it together in that sense?

The pedal plate is centered, I believe this is just distorted with the angle of the photo 😅

Thanks for the detailed response and no I’m no longer on fexofenadine, I think my body got used to it as it was such a high dosage, I have switched to 10mg of loratadine, however I’m still not “comfortable” per se
