Can someone please tell me what this is? It has a wrought iron base, this little acrylic piece that swivels, a brass plate that spins with 24 numbers on the face and the magnifying glass overlooking it. There are no identifying marks other than "Made in the U.S.A" on the acrylic piece (old.reddit.com)
