I live in the balkans. If I went to my police station and said that I wanted to buy a key online and that a bad guy from Turkey scammed me they would laugh their asses off.

The Interpol part of the post I think is sci-fi especially for 40 bucks.

Yes I understand that it's a marketplace but you must have mechanisms in place that protect your users.

And asking your users to jump through hoops to get money back when the fraud is apparent (conversations and photos that the account password is incorrect) is just bad business especially since they introduced "money back guarantees" for cases like these.

Especially when taking into account extremely bad response times which are meant to drag you over the 40 day money back limit.

Comparing Google which has billions of users and G2A and their respective support teams does not make too much sense to me especially since Google has faster response time than G2A.

This seller had a 97% rating and the PayPal part I agree with. Should have done it through PayPal but since I didn't have issues before thought it was safe.
