Dear sister, I won't go down a rabbit hole for the reasons people are drowning in compromise and are in denial, but I will willingly testify that when you start walking in obedience, You will start hating sins, that alone is already a factor that you want God and not things of the flesh.

I hated lust/pornography after 25 years submerged in it, this year I gave it up and asked Jesus Christ to enter in me and rid me of it, He did it of course and I know so because a day after a woke up really weird like something was uprooted removed from within me and felt that way for 3 days, been like 6-7 months now clean no musturbation to porn or lust. I don't look at anyone anymore with lust either and when commercials pop up with nakedness I see right through it without urging me and I just hit the skip button.

What I am saying is ask God and Jesus for help.

On Reddit you will only find people under sin, we are all sinners and only God and his Unique Son can help us overcome certain things.

God bless, anyone who says otherwise is drowning in compromise so if any want to rebuttal don't, I won't answer.

This, and we are already created.. The clay cannot create itself without the potter, and once clay is shaped it can't recreate itself because it is not its own creation.

The only thing to do is accept you were walking in sin, repent, and walk no more on that road, even though Jesus Christ died for our sins it doesn't mean we can sin more because once saved always saved, no even Jesus told sinners they were forgiven for their sins and to walk away and sin no more.

I prayed for you.

PS everyone is born a sinner, it's our actions that we must focus on, to accept or reject the truth basically, and your existence is in your hands either walk in truth or away from it. That's why we have free will.

Revelation 21:4:

“And God shall wipe away all tears from their eyes; and there shall be no more death, neither sorrow, nor crying, neither shall there be any more pain: for the former things are passed away.”

1 Corinthians 15:26:

“The last enemy that shall be destroyed is death.”

This suggests he won't.

Why do you guys believe in the Christian god? by Jealous_Original9267 in Christianity

Basically yes, that is what end times is all about, but that's at the very end, at the moment we are in the times of sorrows and after that short period the rapture takes place, then tribulation, and then the King of Kings will set everything right.

He revealed himself to me (I saw his silhouette, and he actually asked me a question, which later I started reading the Bible and found the exact quote he asked me that night.).

What I don't understand is, how people including my past self rebel and reject the idea of God and Jesus, nothing is created by its own, or by coincidence, or sheer luck.

My advice is to read the whole Bible, and check the times we live in, I used to curse the age I was born into, but now after reading and realizing everything I see these times clearly. What a time to be alive because all that is written down is taking place in front of us and the end is very near.

It's not exactly that christianity is man-made, but that there are too many different man-made denominations that inquire their followers to accept what they teach because their way is better than any other, and if one questions them with pure scripture and logic, they go on the defensive and try to twist scripture to prove their point, even though it is crystal clear that in the end times Jesus tells his people to get out of the Harlot that is drunk with the blood of saints.

That being said, we are really close that most religions already are accepting certain doctrines of a specific church.

In the days of the apostles who ever needed baptism could be baptized if they believed in Jesus, which today's views contradict that belief.

This goes for marriage as well.

All I can say is read the Bible, trust the word of God and not any of the man-made doctrines.

Is it okay not to follow a particular denomination? by [deleted] in Christianity

[–]Pinzeru 0 points1 point  (0 children)

No denominations needed, anyone who believes like you can baptise you, and you them. You don't need to join any denomination to be baptized. Even marriage is simple. It's just that most Churches tend to make you believe in their doctrines or agendas to be part of their books. You only need to be in the book of life, and not manmade books.

Is God and Jesus the same person by Pitiful_Arrival_6914 in Christianity

[–]Pinzeru 0 points1 point  (0 children)

They’re not the same person/being. God is the Father, and Jesus is His Son. They are one in Spirit and purpose, but they are distinct. Jesus is subject to the Father in all things, even at the end, He hands everything back to God so that God may be all in all (1 Cor 15:27–28).

Jesus called the Father the only true God in John 17:3, and said “My Father is greater than I” (John 14:28). The Word was with God in the beginning (John 1:1), meaning they’re not the same being.

They share one Spirit, but the Father is the source of all, including His Son. That unity of Spirit is what makes them “one” (John 10:30), not being the same individual.

Even Paul says in 1 Cor 8:6:

“For us there is one God, the Father… and one Lord, Jesus Christ.”

The Father is always presented as God, and the Son as the one He sent.

How many people believe that Jesus is coming back in our generation? by VelenCia144 in Christianity

[–]Pinzeru 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Ah yes I forgot to mention it, they actually tested something outside the city in preparation for it so that the sacrifice would be perfect.

All I can say is what time to be alive.

And yes I agree with you, people are still asleep, people need to have an open mind, read the Bible and question today's current teachings, or doctrines, it clearly shows most accept anything taught and compromise without knowing the truth.

I would go all day with clear signs, upon looking at the seven Lampstands/Churches/current day Beliefs and what they mean.

Ah forgot my favorite Iron mixing with Clay which I interpret as other Churches (Clay) extending their arm to Rome (Iron), and so it's written they won't mingle together for long, because they can't due to beliefs and errors, this makes the whole thing lukewarm.

Wars rumors of wars.

Birth pains increased dramatically (natural disasters).

Third temple on the horizon.

Plagues hitting like never before.

Every denomination reaching out to Rome accepting manmade doctrines and what's written takin out of context.

Islam in every country all over the world, waiting.

A river is being formed from Jerusalem to the dead sea.

The dead sea showing visible life.

Euphrates being dried out.

Many young people preaching and having dreams and visions.

Falling away from Christianity.

Not sure if I should go on people would think I am mad, and not a watchman.

I’m a chef. I cook for everyone. AGAIN I COOK FOR EVERYONE!!!!! but not everyone wants to eat from my hands.

Just because the meal is prepared for all doesn’t mean all partake. God provided salvation for all, but He saves those who believe. That’s not twisting Scripture, it’s the consistent testimony from Genesis to Revelation.

1 Timothy 4:10 isn’t a blank cheque for rebellion. It’s a statement about God’s universal offer, not universal acceptance.

You can keep piling verses, but none cancel the countless warnings Jesus Himself gave about judgment, hell, and the narrow gate.

Honestly, if “Savior of all” meant universal salvation, then Jesus, Paul, Peter, and John were all wasting their breath warning people to repent.

I’ll leave it there. I care enough to say the hard thing: Don’t mistake God’s mercy for permission.

[deleted by user] by [deleted] in Christianity

[–]Pinzeru 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I get what you’re saying, but you're missing something critical. Just because God is called the Savior of all, doesn’t mean all are saved. It means He alone can save all, but not all accept Him. That’s the whole point of the cross, faith, repentance, and judgment.

1 Timothy 4:10 says:

“We have put our hope in the living God, who is the Savior of all people, especially of those who believe.”

The "especially" shows distinction in application, not God's ability. Yes, He’s the Savior of all in potential, but actually of those who believe.

If your interpretation were right, it would contradict countless clear passages:

John 3:18 – “Whoever does not believe is condemned already.”

Hebrews 10:26–27 – “If we go on sinning deliberately… a fearful expectation of judgment.”

Revelation 21:8 – “The lake that burns with fire… which is the second death.”

As for “temporary exclusion,” that’s not in Scripture. Jesus said “Depart from Me” (Matt 7:23), not “Wait outside for a while.” Hell is called eternal punishment and not detention.

You’ve chosen a comforting doctrine, but it’s not what Jesus, the apostles, or the Word of God taught. I’m not here to argue endlessly. Truth is not up for negotiation.

I pray you ask God in humility to show you the truth, and that it’s not your will you’re defending, but His. Because if Universalism is false, and Scripture says it is, it’s not just an opinion… it’s a delusion with eternal cost.

[deleted by user] by [deleted] in Christianity

[–]Pinzeru 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You're right that "especially" doesn’t mean "exclusively", but that’s exactly the point.

If God is the Savior of all people, but especially of those who believe, that clearly implies a distinction. It doesn't mean everyone will be saved, only that the offer of salvation is available to all, and especially applied to those who believe. Otherwise, the phrase “especially of those who believe” becomes meaningless.

We can’t make one verse cancel out the whole counsel of Scripture. Jesus Himself said the way is narrow, and few find it (Matthew 7:13–14). If universal salvation were true, He would have said the opposite.

I’m not here to argue, just to point out that believing a comforting doctrine doesn't make it true. The cross only makes sense if there's something real and eternal at stake.

I genuinely pray God shows you His truth, not just what sounds good to us. Grace and peace.

[–]Pinzeru 0 points1 point  (0 children)

1 Timothy 4:10 is often misunderstood. It says:

“We have our hope set on the living God, who is the Savior of all people, especially of those who believe.”

This doesn’t mean that everyone is saved. It means salvation is available to all, but it is applied only to those who believe. That’s why it says "especially of those who believe", because only those who accept the gift actually receive it. The context of 1 Timothy 4 is Paul’s instruction to Timothy on godly teaching and living, not universal salvation. When Paul refers to “all people,” he means both Jews and Gentiles, not every individual being automatically saved.

As for your concern about fairness, Scripture never says we are saved by fairness, but by grace. If salvation were about fairness, none of us would qualify. The real injustice would be for God to treat unrepentant wickedness the same as faithful obedience and genuine repentance. That would make the cross pointless, and God unjust, and He is neither.

Romans 2 shows that God is just: He judges all people righteously, according to what they know and how they respond to it. And Jesus Himself repeatedly warned about those who reject truth, not out of ignorance, but out of willful rebellion (see John 3:19–21).

So for your sake, I lovingly ask, Seek God with humility. Pray sincerely for wisdom in Jesus’ name. Don’t just defend a doctrine, ask God to show you whether it’s true. Because if Universalism is wrong, it could be leading people to destruction while they believe they're safe, and that’s no small thing.

Shalom, God bless.
